He interned and worked for Grant Thornton (1 of the world’s 5 largest public accounting firms) before working as financial reporting and tax directors for 2 public companies. He received his MBA from Idaho State University where he graduated as MBA Outstanding Student of the Year and earned a statewide top 10 score on the CPA exam. He has served companies in the technology, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, insurance, and oil services sectors and has extensive experience in the fields of tax, audit, and business consulting, including bank financing preparation, preparation of tax provisions and returns, incentive stock options, and financial statement preparation.
